Please wait for an email from Comfort Creatures with the address to ship your clothing to. Make sure all clothing is laundered before sending (no need to iron them). Please do not send stretchy knits where a 6" sample stretches more than 1" (Standard t-shirts are usually fine), also no sheers, satin, silk, heavy fake fur, leather, vinyl or gauze. Flannel, lightweight denim, most t-shirts, sweatshirts, cotton, corduroy and polyester usually work very well. Send one to two adult size shirts or three youth sized for each bear ordered to allow for contrast and piecing. There will be a fee for the return of any unused fabric scraps. Please allow three to six weeks for production to allow for previous orders. Your order will be produced in the order your clothing is received.

What Makes our Bears so Special?

• Bears stand approximately 17-18" tall and are filled with all new, polyester fill.

• Each bear comes with a stainless steel heart inscribed with “You are always in my heart,” either sewn on the chest or hanging around the neck, unless instructed otherwise

• Each facial expression is unique. Safety eyes and noses are used on all animals

• Arms and legs are fully articulated and securely attached using strong, waxed thread for sewing leather. Buttons on arms and legs are crafted from solid wood and say “Handmade.”

• Features unique to each article of clothing can be used - Be specific if you want certain elements included. There may be extra fees for appliques, patches, special pockets, heavier fabrics, etc.

• If desired, a small rice bag can be included inside a back zipper or pocket. This is not meant for therapeutic purposes, but it can add comfort to the cuddle. Extra charges will apply.
